how frequent set (s) and reps/set should a person(man) for an exercise

because it might vary for one to one.
I hold be working out for awhile but not getting the results i want (bigger muslces)

I don't assume i am doing an acurrate sets and reps ( 2 sets, 15-20 reps)

okayyy dude i know adjectives something like the counterweight room i've gain almost 25 pounds this summer taking straight protein which is impressively difficult (almost adjectives muscle tho) if you increase your number of reps you are going to acquire more tone & more veinyy okayy if you do lower reps your gonna capture bigger but lose tone.

to gain muscle mass you want 3-4 sets (10-8-6-4) you entrap my drift [[[make sure to increase your immensity those as you move down surrounded by your sets]]]

By doing lots of reps you are getting more staying power which is not a discouraging piece, except since you want to get hold of bigger you should try doing heavier cargo that you can merely erect roughly speaking 10-12 times within your first set, 8-10 2nd set and 6-8 ending set. Try doing two workouts for respectively body slice, example standing bicep curls, preacher curls. Also heaps population give attention to that by working out every body element every light of day you should acquire bigger quicker. In authenticity your body grows on days that you rest.
