I've be working out for years, varying up my routine here and in that, 4-5, sometimes 7 days a week...and, while i'm within honourable shape and somewhat toned, i've never be competent to lose counterbalance near exercise...even watching calories doesn't appear to work. So in a minute i'm trying interval training (short, lofty intensity spurts, followed by period of rest) and i've be doing it for two weeks...basically hoping for some inspiration out at hand.
