This is one of my own recipe which I hold adapted to fit the w/w plan and not a soul can put in the picture the difference.
Minestrone Soup (serves 4 - Points per serving = 0)
3 ham stock cubes
3 surrounding substance carrot (chopped)
2 sticks celery
1 leek
1 tin chopped tomatoes
Handful green beans
1 or 2 cloves garlic
Oregano
Cook adjectives ingredients together for a bout 20 mins, remove partly and blend the rest. Add a handful of green beans and cook for a further 10 mins.(cooking for an extra 30 mins will greatly enhance the flavour)
Tips
To clear a bit extra special:
1oz (30g) of dried pasta can be added (1 point)
Serve near 1 tsp Parmesan cheese ( 1/2 point per serving)
