i use soya milk on cereal and within tea and coffee and i use the flavoured soy milkshakes. i love soy yogurts and alpro soya desserts. ive also tried and like some of the soya prepared meal such as lasagne and cootage pie they are tasty
would i recommend dairy free and soya---yes definatelt a short time ago engender sure when buying soya milk that it have added vitamins
